Orion-EnforcIR
handheld camera provides night vision capability for civilian, and
paramilitary surveillance, detection and protection applications.

This
handheld thermal camera can be used for rescue forces, law enforcement,
and nighttime perimeter surveillance of sensitive sites and areas such
as national borders, pipelines, oil terminals, power stations,
communication transmitters and prisons. It enables to detect a persons
at a distance of above 300 meters and a vehicle at a distance of about
900 meter.

The
EnforcIR Infra Red Thermal Sensor can also detect overheating and fires,
before flames and smoke become visible, which makes it the perfect Infra
Red camera for firefighters off site observation.
This makes it a highly cost-effective device for early-warning and/or
predictive maintenance in power stations and in industrial process
control.

The
Orion-LibIRty is a small sized thermal imaging camera based on a
320x240 pixels microbolometer
detector.
Due to its high performance, the LibIRty is suitable for a wide range
of applications either as a stand-alone camera or as an OEM engine.
Such
applications include industrial processes monitoring, quality control,
security, surveillance and firefighting. The Orion-LibIRty provides
both analog (CCIR or RS170) and optionally digital (LVDS or RS422)
outputs. The Orion-LibIRty is tuned to the long wave infrared band and
has a sensitivity of under 0.07°C with its f/1.0 lens.

Orion-SpydIR
FLIR is a highly sensitive, wide spectrum Forward Looking Infra Red
camera that
fuses both the NIR and the MWIR spectrum to provide clear video images
in rough weather and other conditions of poor visibility. The
Orion-SpydIR is based on Orion-SSI ’s cooled IR Engine, utilizing a
1.3µ to 5µ, 320 X 240 high performance InSb, FPA detector.

Orion-CaptIR is a palm-size thermal imaging camera based on a 160x120
pixel microbolometer detector. Due to its small size and high
performance, the Orion-CaptIR is suitable for a wide range of applications
either as a stand-alone camera or as an OEM engine. Such
applications include industrial processes monitoring, quality control, security, surveillance and firefighting. The
Orion-CaptIR provides analog (CCIR or RS170) video output. The Orion-CaptIR is tuned to
the long wave infrared band and has a sensitivity of under 0.1°C
with its f/1.0 lens.

K2 Thermal Motion Signature Analysis

Viso-Therm and SSI
in conjunction with their sister company Defense Research Associates, Inc. has jointly developed a
security system which can operate in all weather conditions. Infrared Security and Identification System
termed K2. Unlike other technologies that only operate in good weather conditions the K2 system combines the
overall effectiveness of thermal imaging with a redundant fail safe far infrared laser scanner that
operates flawlessly in extreme fog and torrential rain.
False alarms are the exception as the software was derived from DRAs proven
optical missile detection and aircraft anti-collision avoidance algorithms.
Tracking of up to fifty
possible treats are automatically identified and classified within 120ms or less. The user is provided
with both an audible and visual alert to. The classification algorithms utilize data from the thermal
imager(s) and/or laser identifying the properties of the intruder such as a human, boat or vehicle with an
optional to filter to ignore animals if practical.
Multiple thermal imagers can be configured along rivers, borders and as the object passes from one sector to
another the K2 system never looses track of the object; even when the possible threat goes behind another object
the system waits for it to move again.
GPS data and sector
location is also displayed providing for a rapid response to the threat.
The software runs on both a
Windows XP™ system for base operations or a PocketPC for field applications. Standard systems have battery backup
and with optional solar cells power is never a problem.
The K2 system ranges from wired configuration to remote satellite configurations that are fully operable
anywhere in the world. Deployment of the remote system is a easy as taking a briefcase to a location and
